"Plakton - Supreme Station Commander"

Plakton is the Supreme Station Commander of Deep Space Station Alpha Aardvark, and the wearer of the "belt-buckle of ultimate supremacy." He leads his three-man crew on a quest to protect and defend the outermost rim of the Galactic Empire! Oh, and don't forget about the keeping it clean part! With two full-time janitors on board, it should be a piece of cake. But Plakton finds this cake of a station stale and outdated so much that the cleanliness and the safety of the outer rim might be compromised. Will Plakton's resourcefulness save the station and the Empire? What secret lays behind the little G.I.B.s? And who will reveal the connection between Plakton's puzzling origins and his new posting assignment?

"Larry Banderes - Janitor 1st Class"
Larry is the graduate of the Clean Space Janitorial Academy which he completed with the highest honors in the scientific field of "Mop and Bucket Techniques." He takes his job extremely seriously and has a profound fondness for mops. He is a protocol rogue of sorts who constantly finds himself in conflict with Plakton over just about any subject, real or imagined. Larry is of Italian descent who fancies himself the best of Italian chefs on the space station (or is he the only one????) and has a permanent cooking-show on Bruce's close circuit television network. He is permanently lost in the hair and clothing style of the late 20th century, particularly the 1980s. What sort of sacrificies will Larry be required to make in order to maintain his exalted position while seeing to the safety of "his" corner of the Galaxy?

"Bruce the Cyborg - Janitor 2nd Class"
Bruce is a child of two briliant minds at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratories. As a toddler, he was permitted to conduct experiments in his own pint-sized laboratory, however, a mishap during the test of a planetary landing vehicle caused a display monitor to be embedded in his cranium. Through the inventiveness of his parents, the surgeons of specializing in catastrophic injuries were able to tie his mind and the electronics together, which saved his life, but drastically altered his character, for the most part. While Bruce is very content in his role as Janitor 2nd class, sparks of his childhood genius are revealed in moments of clarity that are few and far-between. His hobby of making Alpha-Aardvark logo souvenirs for would-be tourists of the station should keep him out of Larry's hair when not on duty. However, Larry can't get to the bottom of the mistery: What happens to the missing bucket bottoms? Could Bruce be the culprit?

"Zarnan the Destroyer"
Zarnan, the Destroyer is a ferociously fat tabby cat pirate and the so-far-unmatched arch nemesis of Plakton! A cat pirate? Is this a joke? Well, in the Alpha Aardvark Universe even the improbable is possible.... Yet, there is a puzzle here, that begs to be solved. Will Plakton be able to overcome his "humanness" and accept a cat as an equal even if in adversary? Or will he fail and so, loose the chance to discover the greatest archeological find of all time and unravel the mystery behind the privateering actions of Zarnan?

"Khan the foreign exchange janitor"
What happens when the budget is tight and all Deep Space stations have to barter for resources? You trade mops for man-power of course! Well, perhaps, not of course, yet, this is the clever application of dominant problem solving techniques of the Alpha Aardvark Universe. Supreme Station Commander, Plakton, acquires Khan as a foreign-exchange janitor for a few dozens of Larry's beloved mops. Khan turns out to be an unexpected thorn in the side of all crew members of station Alpha Aardvark who karati-sizes just about anything that makes him mad!! Which seems to be most inanimate objects at the station. Will Khan fit in, or will he be the cause of a rift among the crew? What role does his home station in the TS2 quadrant play in the personal life of Supreme Station Commander, Plakton?

"Freight Marshal Pavarotti"
Freight Marshal Pavarotti has been responsible for the timely management of all large transport vehicles in this sector of the Galaxy for many years now. He is a man of routine and has an intense dislike of change. This boisterous character expects people to get out of his way before they slow him down. That's gonna change now that Plakton is the new station commander in town. (well, space...). Just how much adjustment will Pavarotti be able to stomach when the resourceful, newly-appointed Supreme Station Commander decides to revolutionize many aspects of the archaic station including its lax protocol?
